We do our best to include a personalized wish tag with each activity, craft or care kit that we donate. These wishes let a hospitalized child know they are being thought of and are included to bring joy, hope and inspiration to their day.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Not all kids in the hospital will get better or well if diagnosed with terminal or chronic illnesses. Some learn to live with their condition.
• We are a nonaffiliated Nonprofit and therefore unable to target religious preference. We honor the fact that children and families are from a variety of beliefs.
• Our hope is to encourage and uplift the patience- appropriate jokes, inspiring messages, bright colors are all encouraged.

Here are some ideas of what you may want to write; My WISH for you is…

• to keep fighting
• laughter
• love
• joy and hugs
• a smile
• be brave

If you are interested in creating a wish card and mailing it to us we would welcome them! All cards are on a 2″x3″ piece of white cardstock paper. Use our photo as a guide to write “my WISH for you…” at the top, add your wish and mail to Tough As Nails at PO Box 4, Rosalia, WA 99170.
